Your mission: bring clarity and confidence to mechanical design decisions. As a Mechanical Analysis & Simulation Engineer, you’ll pair rigorous modeling and testing with cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, manufacturable systems—on time and fully documented.
The Challenge
Picture a new product milestone approaching. Requirements are evolving, timelines are tight, and teams need answers fast. You step in to frame the problem, quantify trade-offs, and translate findings into specs and drawings that the broader team can build on.
Your Impact
- Lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
- Work closely with partners across disciplines to refine requirements and specifications.
- Apply simulations and analyses to confirm performance and mitigate risk.
- Author complete design documentation—reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Drive schedules, track deliverables, and meet key milestones.
- Diagnose issues in existing products and recommend durable fixes.
- Continuously scan the industry for advances that improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Demonstrated analytical depth and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and material selection.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and set priorities.
