Registered Nurse - Contract Position

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while maintaining a patient ratio of 5:1. Candidates must be prepared to start ASAP and meet all licensing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications as needed.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a travel capacity.
• Familiarity with Cerner and completion of Advanced Learning Center modules.
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
