Essential Roles Help with the overall maintenance of the facility. Serve as support on preventative maintenance schedules. Maximize up time on machinery while completing maintenance tasks. Ensure common wear parts are in stock for machinery Assists in fixing breakdowns in a timely manner when they occur. Learn minor mold repair and maintenance. Inspect and repair structural welds. Track tool program Learn to rig and operate crane. Other duties as assigned. Adaptability - Adapts to changes open to new ideas and responsibilities and creative solutions.
