Key Highlights

• Full-time position in General Pediatrics

• Outpatient care and newborn rounding at Aurora Medical Center Kenosha

• Minimal inpatient pediatrics, primarily straightforward cases such as dehydration, bronchiolitis, and post-tonsillectomy monitoring. Most acute cases are referred to other facilities.

• Attractive guaranteed salary for the first two years, set at $296,220

• Signing bonus ranging from $20,000 to $30,000

• On-call schedule of 1:9

• Support from a dedicated Medical Assistant

• Involvement in various procedures

• Utilization of EPIC EMR system

• Join a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines

• Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review, editing, and approval

Required Training and Experience

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
