Responsibilities include:Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulationsLead, mentor, and develop nurses, caregivers, and medication staffOversee resident assessments, care planning, and quality of careEnsure medication management and clinical documentation meet company and regulatory standardsRecruit, coach, and retain an engaged resident care teamManage staffing schedules and labor resourcesPartner with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional careCollaborate closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to enhance the resident experiencePromote resident safety, employee engagement, and Arbor's culture of excellenceParticipate in Manager-on-Duty and on-call rotations as neededWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsCurrent Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standingRN license preferredPrevious nursing leadership or supervisory experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to lead, coach, and develop a clinical teamExperience with staffing, scheduling, and clinical documentationAbility to work a flexible schedule and participate in on-call responsibilitiesPreferred QualificationsPrevious leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, home health, hospice, or another healthcare settingExperience with electronic health records (EHR)Quality assurance and regulatory compliance experienceSenior living experience is not required.
