What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage daily care for an average of 19 critically ill neonates
• Support approximately 2,700 annual deliveries with high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency and experience
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU staff
• Participate in neonatal transport and emergency response teams
• Deliver evidence-based, safe, and high-quality neonatal care
• Engage in educational opportunities including student training when available
• Exercise autonomous clinical decision-making within a supportive team environment

What You Need
Required:

• FL RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 2 years of neonatal intensive care or related experience
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience with neonatal procedures and high-risk delivery support
• Previous NICU experience at a Level III facility
