This isn’t your typical front desk role. At FVRC, you’re the first voice clients hear in stressful, emotional moments - and the person who helps guide them through it.

Schedule: Full-time, 2pm-10pm e venings and weekends, with some holidays required. No overnight CSR shifts required!

The Florida Veterinary Referral Center is looking for someone who can step in, support their teammates, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to a fast-paced ER + Specialty environment. We are looking for a Client Care Representative to complete our close-knit, high-performing team. In this role, you’ll help connect clients and their furry family members with our medical team. Checking patients in, managing phones, coordinating care, and keeping things running smoothly. It’s a busy but rewarding environment, and you’ll have a strong team to support your success every step of the way.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-volume customer service

• Clear, compassionate and strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure 

• Ability to multitask and stay organized, with adaptability and problem-solving skills

• Comfort with technology and hospital software systems

• Team-first mindset - we rely heavily on each other
