Telecom Engineer

Providing frontline support for NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms, the full-time remote Telecom Engineer will manage user accounts, resolve technical issues, and assist with call flow design while collaborating with senior engineers and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide Tier 1 support for telecom environments, addressing user access, call quality, and routing issues Provision and manage user accounts and system configurations, monitoring platform health and performance Collaborate with senior engineers on system implementations and enhancements to improve service stability Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT or telecom support roles Hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms Familiarity with IVRs, call routing, and basic telecom workflows Exposure to scripting or workflow tools, preferably CXone Studio Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
