Inspector/PackerThe Inspector/Packer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of manufactured products by inspecting for defects, packaging finished goods, and preparing products for shipment, all while adhering to company quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesConduct visual inspections of products to identify quality defects and ensure customer specifications are met.Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.Prepare and verify packing materials, labels, and finished products for accuracy and compliance.Maintain quality and production records in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and shift personnel.Sort and handle nonconforming products as directed by management.Operate assembly and packaging equipment as required.Follow all plant safety rules and help identify workplace hazards.Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with company policies.Attend work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.Ability to work 12-hour shifts as required.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing, packaging, assembly, or quality-control experience is beneficial.Experience with production, inventory, RF scanners, loading, material handling, plastic picking, and general labor.Why Work Here?Enjoy a pay raise upon transitioning to full-time, opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive benefits, and work in a temperature-controlled environment.Work EnvironmentWork in a clean and temperature-controlled facility that prioritizes safety and organization.
