Job Full Description Job Summary: We are seeking Call Center Representatives for a client who needs reliable and customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates should be professional, comfortable using computers, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, or service needs. Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, scheduling, or information updates. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details. Enter and update customer information in the system with high accuracy. Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary. Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions. Follow call scripts, company policies, and performance guidelines. Meet performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate. Schedule & Pay: Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm Pay: $15.00 P/H Qualifications: Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers, headsets, and basic software applications. Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus. Apply Now!
