Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and exercises for home

• Engage in interdisciplinary care team meetings and rounds to ensure cohesive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a relevant degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
