Senior Staff Accountant

About the role We’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to support core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to a smooth month‑end close process. What you’ll do Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Support month‑end and year‑end close processes Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation Analyze variances and explain results to leadership Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls Support and collaborate with junior accounting staff as needed What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance [3–6+] years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills and ERP experience Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
