Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Warehouse Worker to work on-site with our client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a contract opportunity supporting warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material handling, inventory control, and timely shipping and receiving. This role is critical to maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and efficient workflow across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform shipping and receiving functions with accuracy
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and tracking
• Stage finished products for outbound shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and industrial vehicles (if applicable)
• Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with shift leaders and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physical work environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures

Preferred:

• Forklift and equipment operation experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with standard industrial conditions
• Requires use of steel-toe shoes (reimbursement up to $125 available)
• Physical role requiring standing, walking, and lifting
• Team-oriented, fast-paced environment
