Lead Mitigation Technician

What You’ll Do Respond to service calls as needed Perform mitigation services following Thomasville Restoration guidelines Support Crew Chiefs, field technicians, and other production personnel Communicate with Crew Chiefs and technicians to ensure customer needs are met Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure drying standards and customer requirements are achieved Complete work according to the Crew Chief’s scope of services Supervise production technicians and temporary laborers Train production technicians on processes, IICRC standards, equipment maintenance, and customer service Assist Crew Chiefs with managing production direct costs Participate in on-call rotation and respond to qualifying events as required Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas Take initiative and identify ways to improve efficiency Handle recurring and unique tasks as business needs require Who You Are Minimum 1 year of disaster restoration experience required (multiple years preferred) 2+ years of water mitigation experience preferred Valid driver’s license required IICRC certification preferred Able to lead, train, and supervise field personnel Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Your Impact As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you play a critical role in protecting homes and businesses after disaster strikes.
