Our client is an aggressively growing MidSize CPA Firm headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO , who are and actively seeking a (Generalist) Tax Supervisor to join their team on a 100% Remote schedule!!! The plan is for this individual to start on November 17th to get up to speed in time for the Spring Tax Busy Season.

Benefits Include:

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
• 401K Match: 3.5%, vested 20% per year

• Path toward Partnership - Multiple Individuals have xhyhwjd been promoted to Partner within 3 years of joining the firm.

Hours/Schedule:

• Regular Season: 40-45 Hours
• Busy Season: 55-60 Hours
• All salaried positions must work 1,900 hours annually
• 23 Days of Firm and Holiday Closures plus PTO (take time off when you need it!)
• Summer Fridays Off for Tax Team!!!
• Start Date: November 17th
