Job Summary:

Caresense- Lansdale is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). This is a full-time position located in Warminster, Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to help them live fulfilling lives. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position is $17 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Provide daily living support, personal care, and assistance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
- Assist with medication administration and documentation, as needed
- Plan and participate in individualized activities and outings to promote socialization and community integration
- Monitor and report any changes in individuals' physical, emotional, or behavioral status
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in healthcare or direct support for individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist with the transfer of individuals using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and TB test
