Opportunity Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for our client in San Clemente, CA - a leading medical technology company developing innovative glaucoma treatments used by patients worldwide. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on cleanroom manufacturing experience with a company at the forefront of medical device innovation, with flexible shift options to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components and assemble products in a cleanroom environment
• Formulate bulk drugs and assist with filling, capping, and crimping processes
• Package and label finished product according to written specifications
• Conduct sampling and visual inspections to verify product quality
• Document production activities and enter data into MRP, BRs, and DHR systems
• Track equipment preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and maintain compliance records
• Follow all cleanroom protocols and quality control procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• 0-3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• High school diploma
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to follow strict protocols and quality control procedures

Preferred:

• Experience working in cleanroom environments
• Familiarity with MRP, batch records (BRs), or DHR documentation systems
