Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and execute dishes to the highest quality standards, following recipes and plating guidelines.
• Station Management: Manage a designated station in the kitchen, ensuring all components are ready for service.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the culinary team to coordinate and expedite orders.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
• Sanitation: Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changes in menu items, guest preferences, and kitchen dynamics.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Creativity: Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu development and improvements.
• Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining food quality.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
