Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance and a strong understanding of pool systems. You will be responsible for performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that our clients' pools are safe, clean, and functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine Cleaning: Perform regular cleaning tasks including skimming debris, brushing walls and tiles, vacuuming the pool floor, and emptying skimmer and pump baskets.

Chemical Balance: Test and adjust pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.) to maintain proper chemical balance and ensure water safety.

Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and automatic cleaners. Report any malfunctions or needed repairs.

Repairs: Address minor repairs and maintenance issues or coordinate with repair technicians for more complex problems.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning and maintenance tasks, chemical usage, and equipment status.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, addressing any concerns or requests they may have. Provide recommendations for additional services or repairs as needed.

Safety: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in pool cleaning and maintenance preferred. Relevant certifications REQUIRED (e.g., CPO - Certified Pool Operator).

Skills: Strong knowledge of pool systems, chemistry, and equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Licenses: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies up to 70lbs.
Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
