Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour We're Hiring! We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
