• Shift: 8-hour days, MondayFriday, with call shifts
• Hours per Week: Guaranteed 36 hours, up to 40 hours possible
• Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks, potential extension to 26 weeks)
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (all required upon start)
• Experience: 2+ years of OR nursing experience

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide patient care pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively in the OR setting
• Assist with various surgical procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff during procedures
• Manage and monitor patient vitals and anesthesia, including conscious sedation (preferred skill)
• Maintain sterile techniques and proper documentation of procedures
• Respond to emergent situations during surgeries
• Follow facility policies and protocols to ensure compliance and quality care

What You Need:

• Current Indiana RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
• Minimum of 2 years OR nursing experience in a hospital or surgical center
• Strong clinical skills in surgical patient care
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
