Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health Residency and Mentorship Program Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health & Ortho (Residency + Mentorship) $88,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year This is not your typical PT job. We are a cash-based pelvic health and orthopedic practice offering a true residency-style mentorship from day one, built around a holistic, full-body approach to care. We work with patients who have often been dismissed, rushed, or told “this is normal.” We do things differently. We listen. We take our time. We get to the root cause. You’re not here to just treat symptoms. You’re here to learn how to think, assess, communicate, and deliver care at a high level. We provide 53-minute sessions, focused, intentional, and designed to actually help people get their lives back. We are building a team of A-players who take ownership, push themselves to grow, and contribute to something bigger than just their own schedule. This is a great fit if you: Want to master pelvic health and become highly skilled—not just get by Have a strong orthopedic foundation and want to integrate it fully Believe in a holistic, whole-body approach to care & exercise Care deeply about your patients and the outcomes you help them achieve Take ownership of your growth and are open to feedback Bring positive energy and show up ready to learn and improve Value being part of a team and contributing to a strong culture Are comfortable with internal pelvic floor assessment Enjoy working with women, men, and pediatric patients What you’ll be doing: Treating 1:1 for 53-minute sessions (7 patients/day, ~35/week) Managing your time and schedule efficiently so patients feel cared for and never rushed Guiding patients through a full plan of care (minimum 13 visits) to achieve meaningful, lasting results Confidently recommending and educating patients on care plans, including offering and supporting package-based care Providing full-body, root-cause treatment using a holistic lens Integrating orthopedic and pelvic health in every plan Performing both internal and external pelvic floor assessments Treating a wide range of patients (women, men, and pediatrics ages 2–70) Collaborating closely with PTs and OTs to elevate outcomes Building relationships with referring physicians and providers Participating in community education, outreach, and content creation Showing up with professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to grow daily What makes this different: This is a residency-style mentorship, not a “learn as you go” job. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Director/Physical Therapist in an environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, communication, and real skill development.
