Key Responsibilities

• Perform operational duties in an industrial wheat processing facility
• Receive wheat via train and truck
• Manage wheat, including blending and storage
• Monitor various processing parameters and physically take readings from machinery in all parts of the plant hourly
• Assess current operating conditions and make process adjustments as needed to keep critical product specifications
• Monitor and control operational HACCP points
• Perform necessary GMP and cleaning duties, which may include cleaning machinery, fixing machinery, and other duties as assigned
• Work diligently to gain expert knowledge of the operational process to produce a quality finished product and troubleshoot potential process problems
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new jobs
• Be trained to handle the PLC and Grain Inventory Management process
• Be trained as a locomotive driver
• Work rotating shifts including weekends

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School or equivalent
• Respirator Fit Test
