Job Description As a Security Officer Licensed Patrol Driver in Archbald, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns. Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports while maintaining a professional presence and supporting site operations. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
