Quality Control Chemist

Description

Perform analytical testing using HPLC, HPTLC, ICP-MS, and Total Nitrogen methodologies

Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

Review, document, and report laboratory results in accordance with quality procedures

Utilize and maintain LIMS/database systems for sample tracking, testing workflows, and specifications

Support laboratory inventory management, including monitoring reagents, chemicals, and consumables

Assist with identification and disposal of expired chemicals and materials

Ensure testing priorities are completed according to production and quality timelines

Support first-time and on-time product release objectives

Participate in cross-functional activities and cross-training initiatives

Maintain compliance with GMP and documentation requirement

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
