Bartender

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in delivering a seamless experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications Proven experience in a bartending or similar role is preferred but not required. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
