Field Nurse Case Manager: Travel-Heavy Injury Care

Paradigm

Paradigm is seeking a full-time Field Nurse Case Manager to provide medical case management for work-related injuries in the Portland and Vancouver areas. The role involves assessments, planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders, including employers and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license in Oregon and Washington, minimal oversight skills, and a preference for experience in workers’ compensation. Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients are also essential.
