Insight Global Labs (IG Labs), the AI division of Insight Global, is seeking a Solution Architect – Agentic AI to help clients transform their businesses through cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, designing and delivering agentic AI solutions that combine our proprietary Factory framework with best-in-class models, platforms, and tools.

This is a highly client-facing role where you'll lead discovery, define solution architecture, guide implementations from prototype to production, and help shape the future of enterprise AI.

What You'll Do

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business goals, technical constraints, and opportunities for AI adoption.
• Design agentic AI architectures that leverage our Factory framework alongside industry-leading models, frameworks, and platforms.
• Partner with delivery teams and technical architects to move solutions from concept and prototype into production.
• Develop roadmaps, implementation approaches, and scalable operating models.
• Create compelling client proposals, presentations, pricing strategies, and delivery plans.
• Mentor and support architects, engineers, and consultants across engagements.
• Navigate ambiguity and solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Advise leadership on emerging AI trends, industry opportunities, and strategic investments.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, including:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI frameworks
• Evaluation frameworks and AI tooling
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with executive stakeholders and drive client outcomes.
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple industries and business domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more cloud platforms:
• Azure
• AWS
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience taking AI solutions from concept to production, not just proof-of-concepts.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering business value through technology.
