COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS)

• Guaranteed compensation of approximately $850/day
• Additional compensation at 33% of adjusted production
• Expected annual earnings typically $200K–$300K+
• Malpractice insurance and health insurance covered
• Relocation assistance: $10,000 (2-year commitment)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS)

• Approximately 3,900 active patients and ~425 new patients per year
• Average daily patient load: 15–18 patients/day
• Crown and bridge work (approximately 3 crowns/day)
• General restorative and operative dentistry, no endo
• CBCT imaging available on site with planned expansion into implant placement

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS)

• Minimum 1 year of general practice experience required, 3 years preferred
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a busy outpatient setting
