Responsibilities include:Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, provides care for clients as ordered including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered NurseIdentifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers under direction of a Registered NurseFollows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in statusUtilizes nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable.Required Certifications and Licensures:BLS (Basic Life Support)LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) LicenseDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)Education:Required Associate's or Diploma NursingExperience:Required 1 year Licensed Practical NursePreferred 1 year Home CareWhy join BayCare HomeCare?
