Quality Technician/Inspector

Based in Henderson, CO, this position operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a compensation of $22 per hour. As a Quality Technician, you will oversee the auditing of kitted carts to verify that all components align with the Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications regarding part numbers and total counts. Your daily tasks include hands-on inspection of kits, flagging any inconsistencies, isolating faulty items, and working alongside colleagues to facilitate necessary adjustments. Core Duties Examine the Bill of Materials (BOM) to validate that kitted cart contents are accurate. Perform hands-on kit inspections to confirm that every part number and quantity is correct. Help maintain high inventory standards by identifying, isolating, and documenting nonconforming components. Work closely with the team to address any identified errors, ensuring all kits adhere to established quality benchmarks. Uphold rigorous standards of precision and focus while conducting routine quality audits. Essential Qualifications Background in quality control, auditing, inspection, or verifying parts is advantageous. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to effectively spot and resolve inconsistencies. Ensure the integrity of the production process by accurately following BOMs to verify part counts.
