Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and adjust bindery equipment including folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, and adhesive binding machines; Monitor machine performance and adjust to meet quality/production goals; Read and interpret job specifications to configure equipment; Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance; Inspect finished products for quality standards
