Overview RN Refresher Preceptorship opportunity at Banner Health. This Preceptorship provides RNs a collaborative learning environment to redevelop nursing skills, enhance knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for an RN Refresher Program. Precepted shifts are completed in a Banner Health unit with clinical support from unit staff and educators. Unit preferences will be considered to help achieve nursing career goals. Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Complete precepted shifts in a Banner Health facility unit. Redevelop nursing skills and complete required clinical hours per the guidelines of the enrolled refresher program. Receive clinical support from unit staff and educators. Qualifications / Requirements Enrollment in a refresher program with the board of nursing Current BLS card through the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain before program starts BSN is preferred Ideal candidates will reside in a state with a Banner Health clinic, hospital, or facility Details Primary City/State: Phoenix, Arizona Department Name: Work Shift: Varied Job Category: Nursing Employment Type: Part-time Potential Transition RNs who complete a Refresher Preceptorship with Banner Health may be considered for a potential transition into Banner Health as a full-time Registered Nurse in the same facility and unit after completing the required clinical hours for their Refresher Course.
