Regional Market Manager

We are hiring a Full-Time Regional Market Manager to represent an industry leader in home audio systems, noise-canceling headphones, and professional audio products. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, modeling best practices and coaching teams to meet or exceed sales targets. Deliver hands-on, in-store training to retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Schedule and support small group trainings and large regional events. Analyze sales data and provide actionable feedback to improve store performance. Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff to foster enthusiasm and buy-in. Support product launches and promotional windows with training and sales enablement. Create and execute a regional sales plan that aligns with business objectives. Analyze regional sales trends and uncover new opportunities for growth. Support Market Managers through regular coaching sessions that focus on modeling high-impact sales behaviors and sharing best practices. Install, update, and maintain branded product displays and fixtures according to company standards. Ensure displays are clean, functional, properly stocked, and correctly aligned with promotional campaigns. Troubleshoot minor technical issues with displays and escalate larger problems as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to report on display conditions and open/close service tickets as needed. Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated ability to measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators and other success metrics. Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with consumer electronics. Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude. Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Market Manager, or similar sales role. Ability to manage a flexible schedule with regular travel to store locations. Willingness to travel (air or car) to other markets in the assigned region. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs on occasion. Must be able to spend 90% of time in the field. Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets minimum coverage levels. Who is T-ROC?
