As we continue to forge new paths and uphold our commitment to quality, we invite skilled Drill Rig Operators to join our journey and be part of our esteemed legacy.Job Summary:As a Drill Rig Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our foundation projects, operating drill rigs and ensuring that each drilling operation adheres to the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Operate drilling machinery to produce foundation holes based on specified depths and diameters.Monitor and ensure the stability of the drill rig and equipment during operations.Work closely with site supervisors and project engineers to ensure drilling operations align with project specifications.Regularly inspect and maintain drilling equipment, noting any potential issues or necessary repairs.Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations.Coordinate with other crew members for efficient project execution.Requirements:Proven experience as a Drill Rig Operator in the foundation drilling industry.Knowledge of different drilling methods and techniques.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.Available for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekend shifts.Benefits:401(k) retirement plan.Dental, health, vision, and life insurance.Employer paid short-term and long-term disability benefits.Paid time off to support work-life balance.All employees assigned to a job site greater than 75 miles from their home are eligible to receive per diemSchedule:Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.Shifts may vary between 8 to 10 hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend availability.Work Location:You will work at multiple construction jobsites, contributing to a diverse range of projects that showcase your expertise.
