Orangetheory Fitness is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workouts help members boost metabolism, burn calories, build strength, gain confidence, and improve overall fitness.

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and create an exceptional experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors. If you love fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding member experience by:

• Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm while checking members into class.
• Providing studio tours and introducing prospective members to the Orangetheory experience.
• Building relationships with members and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answering phone calls, responding to text messages and emails, and following up with prospective members.
• Selling memberships and working toward individual and team performance goals.
• Assisting members with account questions, membership changes, and retail purchases.
• Supporting studio events and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Following opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or fitness environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English and Spanish .

Schedule

This is a part-time position. Morning, evening, and weekend shifts are available. Applicants should have flexible availability.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
