Cyber Security Analyst

Information Security Analyst – Contract The Information Security Analyst will support the Information Security department in executing the security program. Daily responsibilities include operation and ongoing maintenance of enterprise security platforms in a high‑volume, mission‑critical financial services environment. The ideal candidate works independently, provides clear written and verbal communication, and pays meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities • Operate and maintain enterprise security platforms daily. • Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. • Ensure compliance with audit processes and regulatory requirements (SAS‑70, SEC, NASD). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of Information Security experience. CISSP, GIAC, or CISM certifications highly desired. Advanced knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems. Programming or scripting skills (C, VB, Perl, Python, shell scripting). Experience with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Strong command of the English language (written and oral) at a business level. Technical writing experience. Experience in large corporate environments and familiarity with audit processes, SAS‑70, SEC, NASD regulations related to information security and compliance. Compensation Contract pay range: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour. Benefits Medical, dental & vision.
