Business Analyst

Job Summary Bridges business requirements and technical solutions for MFRA Branch projects, supporting both legacy and modernized tax processing systems. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements Support work request analysis, impact assessments, and prioritization with CCB Develop data models, process flows, and user stories for Agile development Coordinate with development teams on design, testing, and implementation Support OneSDLC artifact development and stakeholder communications Perform gap analysis and support legislative change impact assessments Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on business intelligence or complex system implementations Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and BI/reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) Strong understanding of IRS tax processing, Master Files (BMF/IMF), and legislative mandates preferred Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr GBTI Solutions Inc
