Job Title : Guidewire Developer - Fresher
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 0-1 Year
Location : Plano, Texas
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Basic knowledge of Java or similar programming languages.
- Willingness to learn Guidewire Gosu.
- Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Exposure to Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
- Understanding of insurance concepts such as Policy, Claim, Billing, and Underwriting.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and REST APIs is a plus.
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Learn and work with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.
- Assist in Guidewire application configuration and customization.
- Work with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter based on project requirements.
- Develop and maintain application components using Guidewire Gosu.
- Assist with business rules, workflows, UI configuration, and product model configuration.
- Work with XML, JSON, APIs, and database concepts.
- Assist in developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in application testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
