Security Concierge (Female Applicants Encouraged): Alakea Corporate Tower is seeking a professional security concierge to support lobby operations, tenant relations, and building safety. Front desk customer service and basic computer/phone communication skills. Female applicants are encouraged to apply to support balanced staffing and tenant comfort.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and services.
- Assist guests with reservations, appointments, directions, and special requests.
- Manage visitor access, sign-in procedures, and front desk records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, property management, or a front desk role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive, welcoming attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, phones, and basic office software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
