Position Summary: To take food and drink orders from guests seated within the designated bar and restaurant area in a prompt and courteous manner consistent with a four-diamond dining facility. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity Meeting established up-selling and sales goals Make drinks for the lounge guests and restaurant servers, strictly based on orders rung through the Point of Sale system Pick-up food from the kitchen and serve it to Guests Clear and clean tables after Guests leave Keep bar area clean Clean the beer fridge Fill and put away bar requisition Stock bar product and equipment Wipe down menus To create check, collect payment, and settle transactions following standard operating procedures Responsible for cash floats and deposits Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties’ products and services Suggesting additional product and services meeting our Guests’ specific preferences Assessing Guests’ individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services Actively seeking ways to meet Guests’ product or service needs All other duties as assigned Lais Hotel Properties Limited is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
