Senior Roadway Engineer

Lead high-impact roadway projects as a Roadway Engineer, while guiding teams through design and client coordination. This role offers technical ownership, meaningful team leadership, and strong visibility across major transportation projects shaping communities. The job Help lead transportation engineering design projects, including roadway geometry, interchanges, arterials, and complete streets Quality Assurance of plan production to ensure corporate standards are met Collaborate with the sales team to develop strong responses to RFPs Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, local governments and DOT Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with state and federal design standards Perform engineering studies, design calculations, and quality control reviews of models, drawings, and reports Use tools such as MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer, enhancing technical capabilities Approximate salary range of $150,000 - $180,000, plus bonus & company profit share scheme 8 days public holidays and generous holiday allowance 401(k) with 100% match on the first 4% contributed Extensive insurance coverage including Long/Short Term Disability, Life, Vision, Dental, Health, Medical, Accident, and Pet insurance Employee wellness program & fitness discounts, plus flexible spending and health savings accounts What they need?
