Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current and valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents in an educational environment
- Strong understanding of special education law and processes, including IEPs, 504s, and MTSS/RTI
- Compassionate communicator with excellent collaborative and problem-solving skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide intervention planning
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized support strategies
- Facilitate and participate in IEP, eligibility, and other student-focused meetings
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral consultation as needed
- Support the implementation of school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS)
- Foster culturally responsive practices and advocate for equity within the school community
