Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient RehabWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. Our facility focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. Join us in our mission to help patients achieve optimal recovery and transition back home.Position OverviewDepartment: RehabilitationRole: Registered NurseShift: 12-hour shifts, including nightsWeekend Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday rotationsCall Requirements: YesMandatory Breaks: 30-minute unpaid breaks, plus two 15-minute paid breaks during a 12-hour shiftJob ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to a diverse patient population in a high-acuity rehabilitation setting.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Assist nursing aides and respond to call lights to ensure patient safety and comfort.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the electronic health record (EHR).Participate in ongoing patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or 24/7 care environment; Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Patient Ratios: 1:7Unit InformationNumber of Beds: 50Patient Population: Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs.Equipment: Mobility equipment including ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy and Sara Plus, slide boards, and essential monitoring devices.EHR System: EPICIf you are passionate about rehabilitation nursing and dedicated to improving patients' quality of life, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Client Details State WI
