The Westin Dallas Downtown is seeking enthusiastic and professional Cocktail Servers to join our team. As a Cocktail Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests at the bar, and restaurant areas, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve cocktails, beverages, and light snacks in the bar, and restaurant settings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bar and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cocktail server in bars, or restaurants preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage service standards is a plus.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Texas.
