Join us today, and experience a career well lived.$20 per hourAre you an experienced Fleet Management professional with experience in vehicle procurement and a focus on both excellent customer service and cost-effectiveness? In the Transportation Manager role, you will be responsible for the safe, economical, and dependable transportation of our employees who drive company vehicles for business. You'll partner with Operations to deliver reliable transportation for our internal customers and for the consumers they serve.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and direct activities related to the procurement, service, operations, maintenance, and repair of the vehicles; ensure operations comply with state lawsCollaborate with department leadership to determine annual vehicle procurement strategyPartner with fleet management company to improve fleet performanceCollaborate with GPO representative to negotiate rebates from manufacturersPlan and administer a preventative maintenance program for vehicle fleetDevelop management reports including vehicle procurement, maintenance/repair activities, and cost savings reportsCollaborate with Safety to reduce accidents through the management and reporting of incidents to corporate leadershipAdminister fuel card program for the corporationShift coverage responsibilitiesQualifications:Experience in Transportation/fleet managementValid Driver's LicenseIn-depth knowledge of fleet management, vehicle procurementProven skills in relationship management, communication, negotiation, and project managementWhy Join Us?Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payHigh impact work with meaningful outcomesCareer development and advancement opportunities across a nationwide networkEmployee Referral Program bonus opportunities for eligible rolesCome join our amazing team of committed, caring professionals.
