What You’ll Do: Greet customers and help them select furniture that fits their space and style Educate customers on promotions, financing options, and warranties Input orders and coordinate deliveries using our point-of-sale system Stay current on showroom displays and ensure a clean, welcoming environment Deliver a great customer experience — and get rewarded for your success What You Bring: High School Diploma or GED Strong people skills — enjoy talking to people and building relationships Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required) Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable using a computer and moving light furniture for demos Background check free of criminal activity Bi‑lingual in English & Spanish a plus What You Get: Commission + Monthly Promotions + Spiffs $120/day guaranteed minimum pay during training Top performers earn $70K–$80K+ annually Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacations + floating holidays Deep employee furniture discounts Profit sharing & career advancement No furniture sales experience needed — we provide paid training to help you succeed!
