No weekends. No inpatient.• For a Float full-time schedule: 4 clinic days; 1 admin day• Float part-time schedules may be created to meet the schedule needs of provider and PCHC• Clinic hours: Mon-Wed-Fri 8:30-5:00; Tues & Thurs 12:00-8:00 pm• Float providers are members of PCHC's clinician team.The internal Float team was established in 2018 and is an integral part of our ability to enhance patient access.Benefits include:• Guaranteed Base Salary• 24 hours+ per week includes Excellent Benefits Package including 5% matched Retirement Savings; Flexible Paid Time Off Plan and CME• Complete Malpractice with Lifetime Tail Coverage• NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligibleAbout PCHC: Established in 1968, PCHC is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island with 8 sites in the city of Providence.
