Full-Time On-Call CNA Caregiver/Scheduler (Non-Exempt)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Full-Time On-Call Caregiver to provide in-home care and serve as our primary on-call resource for emergency call-outs and staffing needs. This salaried non-exempt role also includes some light office & scheduling duties during the week.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality in-home personal care and support services to clients.
• Be available for full on-call duties (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) except during approved time off.
• Respond promptly to call-ins and provide care as needed.
• Assist with light office tasks part-time during weekday business hours.
Compensation
• Annual base salary (salaried non-exempt position).
• Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate for all hours worked over 40 per week.
• Paid full-time (even if hours worked/called-in are less) 
Requirements
• Active CNA license.
• Prior caregiving experience.
• Office/scheduling experience.
• Current valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification
Schedule
Part-time weekday office/admin hours, plus full on-call availability for emergencies and unfilled shifts.
