Qualifications\n

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic approaches.

  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

  • Competence in crafting and executing culturally sensitive therapy interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
